Adam Coady

Adam represents property owners, developers, lenders, health care providers, investors, and tenants, providing experienced, practical legal counsel on a wide variety of real estate transactions. Adam has significant experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing matters. He also has experience working in-house with a large health care client where he managed the legal matters relating to its real estate portfolio.

He received his B.A. in 2005 from the University of Washington and J.D. in 2011 from Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to law school, he was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Senegal, West Africa.

In 2024, Adam was selected as one of “America’s Leading Lawyers for Business” (Washington) by Chambers USA (Real Estate) Band 4 and included in the Best Lawyers in America (Real Estate Law). Since 2014, he has been active in NAIOP and ULI. He was a board member of ULI’s Young Leaders Group, a member of the Center for Sustainable Leadership (Class of 2016), and a member of Leadership Tomorrow (Class of 2019). He is also a former board member of the Seattle Counseling Service.
